We want you to love your Billie Eilish official merchandise, but if you are not satisfied, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain exclusive drops and music products may be final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the apparel is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
